I’ve forgotten my login / password. How do I sign in to my account?

If you are a registered customer, your login is the email address you entered when you registered. To get your password again, click on “Sign in” at the top of the homepage, then click on: “Forgot your password?" on the right hand side below "Existing users". Your password will be sent to your email address.

How do I change the information on my account?

Go to 'Sign in' and enter your email address and password, you will then be able to change your details, view your order history, wish list.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Simply click on the link “If you do not wish to receive our newsletters any more, click here” located at the bottom of the kasasuasa.com page.

What cards or payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payment by PayPal and most Malaysian banks' online banking fund transfer. Please click on the payment menu to view all the payment methods accepted. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) but you are also able to view the prices in US Dollars, based on an estimate of the latest exchange rate. If your credit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your card issuer and you may be charged an international fee by them. Payment online is in a secure environment.

Are the payments by card really protected?

At Kasa Suasa we take the security of the payments and the confidentiality of information that you give us very seriously. 
To this end, our site www.kasasuasa.com uses a protected mode of payment SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which allows the encoding of your banking details during their transmission over Internet. You can see that the transmission is encrypted from the padlock symbol which appears in your web browser once you are on the page where you need to enter your card details.
You can also pay via Paypal. When you enter your card number to pay for your purchases, in reality you transmit your banking data directly to PAYPAL which records them in its highly-protected server. 
This information is then forwarded to your bank for clearance and then the bank sends us a message to confirm that your order is approved and that we can dispatch it.

I made a mistake. I would like to modify or cancel my order in progress. Is this possible?

It depends on how far your order has progressed. Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible, with your order number and the reference of your product(s) using the contact form, or by email to info@kasasuasa.com

How do I know if my order has been taken accepted?

All our systems are entirely secured and your card details are encrypted so nobody can see them even us. 
After entering your card details and confirming payment, you will receive an email which will include a summary of the order, the item(s), the quantity, the price of the selected products, the mode of payment and the delivery address.

How long does it take to process my order?

Items that are in stock will be processed within 3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day. When your order has been processed and shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation with delivery information.

For delivery within Malaysia, items will be shipped via Pos Laju. Delivery outside Malaysia will be shipped via FedEx and shipping quote will be emailed to you before we dispatch your order. We will provide a tracking number where you can track your package once it has been dispatched from our office.

How do I use my promotional code?

First of all, make sure of the period of validity of the promotional code. We remind you that the promotional codes are only valid on the products specified on www.kasasuasa.com website. A code is usable only once per person and is not refundable. The codes cannot be applied more than one at a time. If you have a Kasa Suasa promotional code, please enter the code in the box available on the 'SHOPPING BASKET' page then click "Apply".

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to most countries. Please enquire at info@kasuasuasa.com. If you require items to be shipped outside Malaysia, we will provide a shipping quotation separately via email. This will be indicated upon Checkout.

How much does delivery cost?

How can I follow the status of my order?

If you have created an account with Kasa Suasa, simply go to 'Sign in' at the top of the page and login with your email address and password. Once logged in, you will be able to follow the status of your order and see if we are waiting for stock to arrive or if your order has been dispatched.

Can I return items I am not satisfied with?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items that are in their original condition (unworn, unused, undamaged) within 14 days of receipt, and we will be happy to issue you a refund, exchange or credit. Unfortunately, the original shipping costs cannot be refunded. We are not responsible for packages shipped to us.
Do not send any items back without us being notified. If you want to return or exchange any items, please contact us.

Do you have a physical location that I can visit?

We're only an online shop, so we don't have a retail location at the moment. We plan to in the future. But if you're in Petaling Jaya or Klang Valley area, you can arrange to pick up your order instead of having it shipped. Please contact us if you'd like to pick up your order.
