Perlibahasa by Sherwan Rozan, an illustrated selection of 30 Malay proverbs featuring animals!

The idea for Perlibahasa occurred to him after a curious conversation with a friend in their garden about how some plants got their peculiar Malay names. Sherwan's compulsion to use geometric shapes and abstract patterns, coupled with his sarcastic sense of humour and love of wordplay and puns, led him to compile and illustrate a collection of Malay proverbs featuring these oblivious and innocent animals.
