Shipping policy

Items that are in stock will be processed within 3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day. When your order has been processed and shipped, we'll send you an email confirmation with delivery information.

Please note that we are unable to ship some items and these will only be available for self-collection from our office only. We will indicate this on the product description page. Please contact us for the time and date to collect your purchase.

Shipping within Malaysia

For delivery within Malaysia, items will be shipped via Pos Laju. We will provide a tracking number where you can track your package once it has been dispatched from our office.

International Shipping

Delivery outside Malaysia will be shipped via Pos Malaysia (Malaysia National Post) and a shipping quote will be emailed to you before we dispatch your order. We will provide a tracking number where you can track your package once it has been dispatched from our office.
